- Ensure the safety and well-being of all gymnasts and families.
- Lead and participate in weekly leadership and planning meetings
- Provide high-quality gymnastics instruction and curriculum oversight across all levels.

- Oversee and support staff development, including training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
